raspberry leaves make a great base with their tobacco-like texture convenient for rolling;
catnip - has been used as a sedative for centuries; when smoked, catnip can provide a calming sensation and support stress relief;
mint - improves blood circulation, relaxes the nerves and adds a tasty smoke that feels velvety on the throat;
chamomile - a gift from nature and one of my favourite herbs, it soothes, calms, promotes relaxation and ads a lovely sweet taste and smell
